Our Team
Lain’e Skinner, BSc (Hons), TDipWP
Lain’e has a business background and the flower shop was a new venture initially started to complement her husband’s business, Mark Skinner Funeral Service. However, the flower shop soon became very successful and she now dedicates a lot of her work time to it. Lain’e has been trained by the florists she employs and has found she really enjoys this new ‘string to her bow’ as well as the challenges that working in a busy flower shop brings.

Sarah is the manager at Bunches and Bows and has been with them right from the start, she has helped to build the business up to the success it is today and is more than competent in all areas of floristry. Amongst other things Sarah has created flowers which have been presented to the Queen and has also had some training with Ercole Moroni, the London based Celebrity Florist from McQueens, as seen on TV.

Jus also came fourth in a national competition in Birmingham for her flowers to be placed on ‘Elton John’s piano’. As well as being a very competent all rounder, Jus is a very innovative florist and it shows in her designs.
Mags ‘Maggot’ Dyer
Mags started as a delivery driver and expressed that she would like to ‘have a try’ at helping and learning more about the flowers. Mags worked extra hours training with the team and quickly proved she had a flair for arranging the flowers. Once Mags had reached a good enough standard she was taken on in the shop. Mags has now completed and passed her NVQ Level 2 in Floristy.
We also have a team of sessional florists who help us at busy times!
